According to various sources from the online websites, it appears that the user or the application don't have enough security permissions to access the Security key that is available in the registry items.
Close everything down and then launch the app with Administrator permission. After this, access the logs again and they should work properly.
That error appears for many applications and they all had problems with security permissions.
